cQc#95 and FTL#151



This week's Color Q challenge colors are fabulous!  I had not taken a good look at the new Stampin' Up! In Colors but I must say, I love them!  Since I didn't have any of them on hand, I improvised with what was available.


Oh My Heavens!  Can you believe this embossing powder?!!!  I think I'm in LOVE!  This is the new Recollections embossing powder (by Michaels stores) in Glacier.  On top of that gorgeous blue - perfection!  I can't wait to try it on tons of dark colors.  I was seriously laying in bed this morning thinking I need to try it on Kraft cardstock.  I held myself back and didn't buy any other colors, but they had bright pink, chartreuse green, champagne, baby blue.... I could go on!  I've gotta try them ALL -bwa ha ha! ;)

Supplies:
Cardstock: Bazzill Basics (color unknown), Berry Sorbet, Whisper White
Ink: Versamark, Close to Cocoa
Stamps: Sentiment, Mehndi Medallion (PTI)
Butterfly Punch (Martha Stewart) Apron Scallop punch (Fiskars)
Embossing Powder: Glacier (Recollections)
Brown crinkle ribbon (SU!)
