I had seen this idea on another blog and thought it would make a wonderful teacher gift for fall. This weekend my family attended a local fall festival. I loved it so much I decided this was the perfect time to make these little kits.
Instead of the individual caramels, I included a single serving caramel apple dip cup. I also threw in a bag of peanuts and a stick to complete the kit.
I used Staz-On ink and various Stampin' Up! ink pads with a blender pen to watercolor my little guy. Sorry for the lame backdrop - it was Midnight when I finished these guys, and I wanted photograph them before the kids took them into school the next day.

My Sister's Gift
My sister, Sherri, is a true red-head. She may have been teased as a child, but her locks are something grown women envy. Because she has brown eyes and red hair (a rare combination, apparently), she looks great in fall colors and anything earthy. So I chose to go with gold (except for the toggle) and warmer tones. I found this great crystal combination at Michael's. It included clear, smokey quartz, pale gold, and a blush pink toned Swarovski crystals. I thought to pair those with cream and peach Swarovski pearls.
I thought it was a little difficult to really see the color of the crystals, so I tried taking a shot holding the necklace. I hope you can see the subtle contrast of colors a little better.
